Summer Harvest - Sunday, September 5 & Monday, September 6
Join us for our last big event of the summer! All visitors receive 10% off their store purchases, 20% off for members, making this the perfect weekend to pick up that item you’ve had your eye on all summer long! A special lunch menu will be featured on both days, and vegetables from the Huble garden will be available for sale. Sunday, join in on a guided tour of the Giscome Portage heritage trail, leaving from the Welcome Barn at 11:00 (this is a 5km walk, so bring water, good shoes, and dress in layers). With heritage cooking demonstrations taking place throughout the day, music, and plenty of pioneer activities for the kids to take part in, this two-day event is the perfect way to ease into fall.

Thanksgiving - Monday, October 11, 5:00-9:00
Our old-fashioned Thanksgiving celebration, always a family favourite, features harvest activities like pumpkin carving, scarecrow making, and apple bobbing! Kids can create and take home pioneer crafts, and our staff will make sure the General Store has plenty of homemade apple cider to keep you warm! Take advantage of our special Thanksgiving menu, and have a slice of delicious pumpkin pie for dessert! This will be your last chance to shop in your General Store, making this a great opportunity to start your Christmas shopping!

Halloween Spooktacular - Saturday, October 23
Join us for the scariest Halloween location in town! Take our spooky haunted house tour, go trick or treating, carve a pumpkin and roast some marshmallows! There will be lots of activities for both young and old; however, parental supervision is required for young children. Admission by donation, tours $3 per person. (5:00-9:00)
